Appointments are preferred! Call the Connect Center at 313-388-9799 to schedule yours. Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis. ✨

What to bring:

1. ID for all household members 18+

2. Proof of 30 days of income for all household members 18+

3. Utility/water bill or account number, lease or deed

4. Valid SER for utilities if applicable
